Chris Mangan

Chris Mangan is a Senior Managing Director of CoveView Advisors. Mr. Mangan has 40 years of commercial banking experience and significant domain expertise in credit, leveraged finance, capital markets, loan syndications and special situations. Prior to joining CoveView, Mr. Mangan was Head of Leveraged Acquisition Finance at Bank of Ireland, where he oversaw the Sponsor Finance, Capital Markets and Portfolio Management functions. Prior to leading the Leveraged Finance Group, Mr. Mangan was Head of Technology, Media and Telecom (TMT) Finance at the Bank. Prior to Bank of Ireland, Mr. Mangan was a Managing Director of GE Capital’s Media, Communications and Entertainment Finance Unit. Prior to GE, Mr. Mangan was a Senior Managing Director at IBJ Whitehall Financial Group where led Originations for the Corporate Finance Group and sat on the Investment Committee of the SBIC. Mr. Mangan holds a BA from Saint Francis College. He serves as a Trustee of the College and chairs the Board’s Finance Committee.
